Yes. We make a free layout or mock-up before we make anything, so you can check every detail. The mock-up is only a preview. Real colours, materials, and finish may look a little different.

Please check the design, size, quantity, and spelling carefully before you approve. Changes after you approve may cost extra.

Usually 6 to 15 working days, depending on the design and the quantity. We start counting once your down payment is confirmed and the design is final.

Rush orders depend on our schedule. Our team must confirm first. Send your full order details and approved design as early as you can. A rush fee does not mean same-day or next-day release unless our team confirms it.

Pay a 50% down payment to start. Pay the other 50% when your order is done, before we release it. We accept GCash, LandBank bank transfer, cash, and check. Government orders need no down payment.

We send you a QR code when it is time to pay. Please send us your receipt after you pay.

Yes. Pick it up at our shop during shop hours. We agree on the pickup time with you.

Yes. We deliver, and we ship through J&T and LBC. You pay the delivery or shipping fee.

Tell us right away. Our team checks each request based on how far your order is. If we already started the design, bought materials, or started making it, we may take out what we already spent. Because every item is custom made, the refund may be small or none.

We will offer the proper remedy under our agreement and consumer protection laws. Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable time, and we explain the amount.

Yes. We are PhilGEPS-accredited. We accept inquiries for government projects and procurement.
